Challenge: Nature Made was the number one vitamin and supplement brand in the US, but they were new entrants into the growing Probiotics segment. To breakthrough, we needed to connect emotionally with Digestive Sufferers and communicate the benefits of their new Probiotics product, with the added benefit of Energy B12.  

Insight: Digestive Sufferers feel isolated – cut off from what they enjoy and the people they love to spend time with.

Solution: With the help of a catchy Eric Carmen tune, we showed our target that they are not alone in their suffering. And that Nature Made Probiotics + Energy B12 can help them come back to life. 

Results: The campaign resonated deeply with our target, helping drive a 400% lift in site traffic while improving the time spent on the site. This contributed to a 36% lift in sales while the campaign was in market.
